Biography Raimond Bakkes:
Raimond is a professional with more than 25 years of experience in IT. His background in software development still helps him today to bridge the gap between business and ICT. During his career he has worked at a number of multinationals and scale-ups in various strategic and commercial positions. He uses his expertise to help companies develop new ICT services or improve existing ones.
Raimond has been working at Route443, the cybersecurity specialist in the Dutch market, since February 1. In his position he is responsible for advisory services such as CISO as a Service and the set-up and further development of the Cyber Experience Center and the Academy.
Biography Roger Bons:
Roger Bons is an associate professor and department chair of Information Science at the Open University. He graduated in 1992 with a degree in Computer Science from TU Eindhoven, and obtained his PhD in 1997 on the subject of secure electronic business within the business administration faculty of Erasmus University. Between 1998 and 2015 he held various roles at Philips and ING at the interface between business and ICT. Since 2015, he has been responsible for education and research in the field of digitalization, particularly on themes surrounding data science, cybersecurity and digital transformation, first at the vocational guidance FOM University of Applied Sciences in Germany and since 2023 at the OU. With his broad expertise, he contributes to the establishment of Route443's Cyber Academy, together with colleagues from the Open University.
