Your role as Project Manager
As a Project Manager at Route443 you are responsible for successfully leading cybersecurity projects, from start to finish. You bring structure to complex processes and keep all stakeholders aligned. At the same time, you understand that cybersecurity is a dynamic environment in which quick action and adaptation is crucial. That's why you embrace Agile working methods to keep teams flexible and projects running smoothly.
Your daily work consists of coordinating various cybersecurity solutions – from technical implementations to strategic advice for customers. You have strong organizational skills and ensure that every phase of the project is completed on time and within budget. You will also work closely with our team of technical experts, CISOs and consultants to ensure that security solutions seamlessly meet customer needs.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a project manager who is strong in creating overview and structure, but also understands that cybersecurity is constantly changing. You have experience with both traditional and Agile project management methods and know when to apply which to achieve the best results.
You have an affinity with cybersecurity and are able to understand the technical language of our team, so that you can manage complex projects effectively. In addition, you are a communicative leader who effortlessly guides and coaches both internal teams and external customers through the process.
