Your role as Pentester
As a penetration tester, you are the ethical hacker who thinks like the attackers, but acts like a defender. You are the one who dives deep into systems, understands networks and scrutinizes applications to uncover weaknesses. You simulate attacks, perform penetration tests and come up with concrete solutions to make organizations resilient to the growing threat of cyber attacks.
At Route443 you go further than just finding vulnerabilities; you are our customers' partner who helps them to effectively mitigate these threats. You will work with our team of experts to help organizations understand not only their current security level, but also how they can proactively improve it. You make a tangible difference in their security strategy
What we are looking for
We are looking for a penetration tester who is passionate about ethical hacking and remains constantly curious about the latest attack techniques and defense strategies. You have sharp analytical skills and the creativity to find solutions that others do not think of. Hacking a system is not only a challenge for you, but also a way to show how things can be improved.
You have a strong knowledge of networks, systems and applications, and you can translate that knowledge into practical advice for our customers. At the same time, you have the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
