Edzo Botjes

Edzo Botjes is an Antifragility Architect and has been working in IT and organizations since 1991.
His goal is to continue to improve and share his knowledge and experience, gained from 40+ clients, 50+ assignments and his academic research, through the triad of Education, Research and the Professional Field.
He published his Master Thesis, at the Antwerp Management School, entitled “Defining AntiFragility and the Application on Organization Design” in 2020 under open access via the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. He also published his work as an IEEE paper in 2021.
In addition to his work with various clients, he teaches Enterprise Architecture at the Applied Science University Utrecht, will soon be a lecturer in Enterprise Security at the Antwerp Management School and is conducting research into the intersection between information security, organizational learning and cyber resilience in a PhD program at the Open University.
Its mission is to promote security and privacy as an organizational capability to be implemented through a holistic approach. Security is part of your organization's resilience and supports business continuity.
